Looking for an experienced Head of IT that has direct hands on experience in building/designing IT Infrastructure for a large conglomerate and to build and implement back end tech ie ERP.

Client Details

Our Client is one of the largest conglomerate Globally with business across a wide spectrum of Industry such as ICT business & logistics, food, forest products, chemicals, metals & mineral resources, energy, real estate and others. They are currently looking to expand the business vertical and is looking for an Experienced Head of IT to be based here in Singapore.

Description

Key Responsibilities:-

• Managed and led my teams to support entire company IT Infrastructure, ranging from end-user PCs/devices, servers, databases, network devices, endpoint security, video conference systems and integrations with service providers.
• Oversee and managed all daily service activities; system enhancement requests, technical support and licensing are managed with timely responses and with-in defined SLA and OLA.
• Developed IT roadmaps, set strategic direction and objectives that aligns IT organization strategy with business goals.
• Evaluated industry trends, movements and development, and their alignment with IT organization\'s strategic direction.
• Prioritized current and potential IT programmes, collaborate with key stakeholders, reconcile project requirements, outline project timelines, in relation to current and future resources and benefits.
• Led complex and comprehensive analysis of business processes and inputs gathered to understand long-term business requirements and their driving factors.
• Managed effective business processes, through changes and enhancements in IT systems, management and processes.
• Utilized in-depth analysis and business models to present a strong, compelling business case for proposed IT changes and solutions.
• Projected long-term costs and benefits, options, risks and impact to senior stakeholders.
• Anticipated potential risks to the business based on emerging trends and threats in the industry or related sectors.
• Established a long term strategic roadmap for addressing existing and potential risks arising from business operations and developments.
• Devised and established IT policies, processes and procedures.
• To manage vendors or service providers\' performance against standards and benchmarks, analyze service. delivery and performance levels in line with key performance indicators, and provide performance feedback.
• To develop contracts or Service Level Agreements with service providers, based on the unique business requirements

Profile

Key Requirements:-

• 12+ years of IT experience within the FMCG/QSR Industry
• Direct experience in leading and building the Tech strategy for the business to ensure a digital first experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate comfortably with all levels of management
• Business oriented mindset and ability to relate them to the IT organisation and vice versa
• Strong knowledge/ experience with management of Enterprise and Retail Applications
• General knowledge/ experience with IT Infrastructure, Security, PCI/PII Compliance
• Adopt ITIL practices and understand fundamental of Agile Methodology
