Job Description
Our client is an International investment group with a strong presence in Singapore, looking for a "Head of KYC" professional to join their operations team here. Reporting to the head of operations, you will be acting as a team leader and handling all spectrums of KYC.
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Lead an international operations team responsible for corporate client onboarding and reviews.
- Influence and guide global operations strategy, aligning with senior management.
- Develop and implement operational policies to ensure compliance.
- Streamline support processes for increased efficiency via automation.
- Strengthen the control framework to mitigate operational risks.
- Uphold compliance and company standards and procedures.
- Min 8 years in a client onboarding/KYC/CDD or in a similar role. Preferably from the financial institutions environment.
- Mandarin ability is strongly preferred to deal with Chinese stakeholders.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in people management.
