Aurex Group is partnering with an international entertainment developer who is looking for a Head of Land Acquisition in Singapore. You will lead expansion in Southeast Asia market, with a primary focus on Singapore. Greenfield development experience in the region is desirable.

• Lead and manage the entire Greenfield development process, including but not limited to research, site selection, government relation, negotiation and development.
• Develop strong relationships with local landlords and government authorities in Singapore and other Southeast Asian markets.
• Understanding the latest land use regulations and policies.
• Proactive in sourcing new sites, a story teller of the company.
• Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation of potential new site acquisitions
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
• Leadership and team management.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, preferably in real estate or finance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate transactions, business development, M&A, investment, or leasing.
• Experience in the real estate, retail, entertainment or hospitality sector.
• Experience of working with Singapore government authorities will be a significant advantage.
• Proven track record in Greenfield development and site selection in Southeast Asia and in particular Singapore
• Energetic, independent, resourceful, and proactive with strong decision-making abilities.
• A team player with the capacity to work collaboratively across diverse cultures.
• Local candidates and those with a right to live and work in Singapore are preferred.
• Fluent English speaker. Any Asian language capability will be a plus.
