About the jobMy client, a rapidly expanding global Food & Beverages MNC, is seeking a commercially savvy Head of Leasing and Business Development to spearhead their growth in the Malaysia market.:Property Strategy & Site Acquisition: Develop and update property strategies aligned with growth plans, identify new site locations, and negotiate favorable commercial terms with landlords.Lease Management: Handle lease agreements, renewals, and closures while collaborating with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.Project Coordination & Performance Monitoring: Coordinate new site projects with internal teams and evaluate property performance for improvement opportunities.Stakeholder & Market Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with over 8 years of experience in real estate management, demonstrating strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
