Our goal is to help people discover, engage, and connect with Southeast Asia\'s best businesses.Get to know the Role:As the Regional Head of Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of over 101 sales (18 direct and 83 indirectly) and operations professionals across key markets: Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. We are looking for a Sales Leader with a proven track record in driving results across multiple business units. The role spans three different commercial units, requiring a leader who can identify go-to-market opportunities and drive growth across various sectors.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

  • You will set sales targets with the Commercial In-Market Leadership and drive monetization across GrabAds, Grab For Business, and Regional Merchants.
  • You will define strategic approaches for your team and oversee key initiatives for partners across the region by driving best practices, workshops, and insights/measurement.
  • You will direct training and development initiatives for all commercial enterprise activities across Grab\'s three lines of business.
  • You will manage go-to-market activities for leading merchants, brands, and agencies, and define market narratives and scalable commercial opportunities.
  • You will provide input for GrabAds and GrabForBusiness product development and coordinate with the product marketing teams to enhance offerings based on market feedback.
  • You will oversee commercial and revenue responsibilities for GrabForBusiness, focusing on ride-hailing, food, and delivery services.
  • As a senior leader, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Business Owners in areas like Deliveries, Mobility, Payments, Marketing, and Business Development to identify new client opportunities and solutions.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Collaborate with Commercial Heads and GrabAds Heads in each country and directly manage Regional GrabAds and GrabForBusiness Leads based in Singapore.
  • Scale and grow the sales team to ensure sustainable growth and impact across Southeast Asia.
  • Build and maintain high-impact media-buying relationships with agencies and brands.
  • Lead regional pitches, RFPs, and joint-business plans (JBPs) with key enterprise partners.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and key sales reports to maintain business KPIs.
  • Mentor and develop sales talent, providing regular feedback and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee measurement and insight initiatives to demonstrate the ROI and advocacy of our ad products.
  • Drive the adoption and penetration of GrabForBusiness across the region.
  • Conduct regular meetings with sales teams to review performance, goals, and strategies.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and market positioning.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to the product development team to inform feature enhancements.
  • Engage with key clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
QualificationsWhat Skills You Will Need
  • Over 12 years of experience in leading high-performing sales teams within Media & Ads or SaaS, preferably in Southeast Asia.
  • Deep understanding and experience of the SEA Ads Ecosystem, covering both online and offline contexts.
  • Experience working with regional teams and supporting growth in local markets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficient analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems to enhance team efficiency.
  • Demonstrated capability to mentor and develop sales talent.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Fluency in English, with additional Southeast Asian languages being a plus.
  • Experience working with FMCG/F&B advertisers or Retail Media Network platforms.
