Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on transactional matters (high value and complex PE deals) across the region
- Manage transactions from start to finish and being actively involved in all relevant activities/execution steps involved
- Advise on legal & regulatory matters relevant to cross border transactions
- Engage with external law firms on deals matters as and when required
- Keep abreast of legal, compliance and regulatory developments in the markets and businesses that the business is operating in and ensures policies and frameworks are stay robust and relevant
- Assist in ensuring and building out best practices in deal processes
Key Requirements
- LLB from a recognized institution
- 10 to 15PQE (gained from top tier law firms and relevant in-house roles)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who can operate independently
