:THE COMPANYA global tech brand is growing their marketing team. For their upcoming Head of Marketing, they are seeking an experienced builder to lay the foundations of online and offline marketing and drive the growth of the brand.THE ROLE

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration and acquisition.
• Be adept at making marketing decisions that lead to better ROI.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals to plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content to support marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging with the Brand team
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to support marketing initiatives and maximize reach and impact.
• Drive innovation and experimentation in marketing tactics and channels to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimally 12 years of proven record in driving online and offline marketing in high growth companies.
• At least 3 years of formal people management experience.
• you possess a customer centric mindset.
• Influential and a people person, you have strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• You are agile, adaptable and able to navigate through ambiguity.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
