We are currently in search for a highly driven and motivated Head of Audience/ Marketing Analytics (APAC) to join our regional Marketing team based in Singapore.This is a highly visible role where you will work directly with the senior leadership team to formulate smart, data-driven business decisions around our customers. Using data driven strategies, you would be able to strengthen foodpanda's relationship with our customers throughout their life cycle across all our different offerings (Food, Grocery, Pick-up and others) and drive high-value behaviors.
The opportunity is both strategic and operational. We are looking for someone who can work at the strategic level - deepening our understanding of our users' lifecycle journey and enhancing user segmentation so that we can target our messages to the right user at the right time. At the tactical level, leading your team to create relevant dashboards and reporting for the health of our user base, lifecycle/CRM campaign measurement, channel performance and experimentation reporting.
You will work with a cross functional team to define the customer lifecycle strategy to increase customer engagement and retention, deepen loyalty, and maximize lifetime value.
