We are currently in search for a highly driven and motivated Head of Audience/ Marketing Analytics (APAC) to join our regional Marketing team based in Singapore.This is a highly visible role where you will work directly with the senior leadership team to formulate smart, data-driven business decisions around our customers. Using data driven strategies, you would be able to strengthen foodpanda's relationship with our customers throughout their life cycle across all our different offerings (Food, Grocery, Pick-up and others) and drive high-value behaviors.

The opportunity is both strategic and operational. We are looking for someone who can work at the strategic level - deepening our understanding of our users' lifecycle journey and enhancing user segmentation so that we can target our messages to the right user at the right time. At the tactical level, leading your team to create relevant dashboards and reporting for the health of our user base, lifecycle/CRM campaign measurement, channel performance and experimentation reporting.

You will work with a cross functional team to define the customer lifecycle strategy to increase customer engagement and retention, deepen loyalty, and maximize lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and directly manage a team of data analysts to generate insights and report on our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate on a day-to-day basis with the Regional CRM Team around shared goals of driving engagement and retention. Highlight growth opportunities for each lifecycle stage based on data insights. Identify, scope and roll out analytics projects to accelerate adoption, drive retention and optimize spend.
  • Identify growth opportunities to increase and better engage the user base. Execute analytics projects to better target our users and drive more engagement.
  • Identify user behaviour insights that can help accelerate adoption of our new lines of businesses. Be able to tell a story around the user insights and communicate to senior stakeholders.
  • Perform hands-on work: launch A/B tests, analyze experiment results and provide recommendations. Goal is to drive faster adoption or deeper engagement. Role-model high standards of rigor in how we do measurements, experimentation, analysis and generate recommendations.
  • Create and maintain tableau dashboards and reporting around the health of our user base, lifecycle/CRM campaign measurement, channel performance, experimentation reporting and others.
  • Collaborate with foodpanda's regional data team around a range of topics including data integration, experimentation, data governance etc.
  • Mentor junior team members through code review, data modeling and business insights.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years experience in data analytics / engineering from a similar fast-paced B2C app player - food delivery, ecommerce, gaming, travel, video streaming or others.
  • Fluent with SQL, Big Query, Python, or R. Experienced with working with very large datasets.
  • Strong statistical knowledge with hands on experience running and analyzing controlled experiments.
  • Strong experience in working with Audience/user data, segmentation, personas, predictive models such as churn, propensity scoring etc.
  • Effective communicator, able to convince and align with senior stakeholders (including CXOs) and translate data insights to business impact.
  • Strong experience in building and leading data team, owning end-to-end data projects
  • Strong business mindset and ability to grasp business requirements from stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds.
