As Head of Office, you will be responsible for

• Running our Singapore office (our hub for South-east Asia markets) with the support from the regional Expertise & Innovation team in Hong Kong
• Execute and update our business plan for SEA, develop ambitious account plans and monitor sales performance
• Ensuring the successful delivery of projects, quality of the pitches/proposals/deliverables and overall customer satisfaction
• Lead a team of consultants in Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia to deliver projects and identify new business opportunities
• Handling communication with our senior sponsors and develop collaboration with the local office of our technology partners
• Be the face of 55 in South-east Asia, taking the stage for panel discussions, keynotes or fireside chats with our clients and tech partners.

Education & Experience

• Master\'s degree (business, engineering) or equivalent diploma
• 10+ years experience in consulting firms or digital/media agency with solid client-facing and business development experience and a strong interest in everything data.
• Solid experience in sales and project management
• Singaporean passport holder

Skills & Interests

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English (Bahasa Indonesia/Malay or Thai is a plus), experience in public speaking
• Good understanding of web/app analytics, media performance and Cloud-powered marketing use cases especially (technical background is a plus)
• Solid insights in Western adtech/martech landscape (insights about the Thai and/or Indonesia market is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset, proven problem-solving skills
• Team player and demonstrated leadership ability
• Genuine curiosity in new technologies and digital transformation
