Job Description
StriveX is partnering with a Regional Bank who is seeking for a Head of Operations to join their leadership team. This is an experienced hire who should possessed strong experience in managing the multi facets of Banking Operations, including Trade & Lending, Treasury, Payment & Remittance and general Operations governance and control.
You will play a crucial role in providing the strategic lens of the Operational know-how within the bank, reviewing and introducing best practice to optimise their workflow and processes. In addition, this person will be reviewing the bank\xe2\x80\x99s operational policies and procedures, implementing controls for operational gaps and ensuring compliance with regulations.
This person should have working experience in investigating root causes of operational incidents, coordinating with audits, and people management experience ideally at the department head level. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience with the most recent 10 years in a leadership role, preferably in the banking industry.
