He/she will be responsible for exceeding our goals for their geographic area of responsibility. Establish and build relationships with key business partners to ensure sustainable, long-term growth. Main tasks and responsibilities: Build and manage a team of high performing individuals that focus on the targeted markets and oversees the Singapore Engineer team. Working cross functionally & cross regionally to ensure smooth operations. Determine areas of opportunity and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention. Measure, analyze and report performance of your channel and support management in driving channel mix and budget decisioning. Develop annual operating plan that will deliver regional long-term and short-term objectives. Relevant skills, knowledge and experience: A minimumof 6 years' experience in internet applications, especially instant messaging virtual communities. Good knowledge and with strong network and resources in any 3 of these markets mainly India, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam . Ability to resolve operations issues that affect marketing/campaign tracking and performance. Experience with Mobile-specific project management. Hands-on mentality, an analytical and structured way of working, and extraordinary logical thinking skills. An understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace also a plus. Additional languages a plus.
