We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Operations - Trustee and fiduciary Services. Principal Responsibilities

  • Responsible for execution of operations in line with a target operating model to maintain a comprehensive, customer orientated Product Shelf
  • Acting as the senior point of contact on all operation related discussions for internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a motivational leader for a team of operational specialists in what is a very people intensive business
  • Responsible for the execution and delivery of the local product strategy. Contribute to product innovation and implementation in order to achieve specific business targets
  • Continually reassess and report the operational risks associated with the role and business area, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, regulatory requirements, the operating environment and impact of new technology
  • Respond positively and adapt to a continually evolving regulatory environment and a dynamic client base
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders on regional initiatives

  • Prior work experience in operations, audit or risk management
  • Proven leader with client-centric mindset and positive attitude
  • Proven ability to think critically, assess risk, ask the right question and work independently in a fast pace environment
  • Detailed oriented with strong ability to multi-task and problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to work with a wide range of senior stakeholders across the region and global
  • Experience with implementing change and digital solutions
  • Familiarity with operational risk, oversight and governance
