We are a fast growing dynamic cleaning organization that is actively looking into new cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions in the industry.Responsibilities: -Compliance Analyse internal operational systems to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and works standards Create, modify, update and implement the work methodology and procedure Develop risk management strategies and managing company's workplace safety and health (WSH) requirements Design control systems to address cases of violation of operational direction Planning and arranging training programs for staff to meet contractual and regulatory requirements Liaise with other departmental heads to ensure operation department is in line with company's policies Ensure compliance with local laws (e.g.: MOM) Advise and report to the executive management on operational related matter, risks and any other policy development Oversee the implementation of smart technology for the entire organisation Assist in ISO audit and implementationContract Management Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team Design policies that align with overall strategy Participating, as necessary, in developing the solicitation and writing all contractual correspondence and documentation as well as maintain contractual records and documentations control of all contract correspondence including subcontractors' correspondences and reports Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention Oversee the implementation operation protocol throughout the organization Provide strategic advice to the project staff for the understanding and identification contractual requirements Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to project staffs and to provide contract awareness, interpretation and advice to project team Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts Review of any project related correspondence and proposing a suitable strategy for preparing the response and advising on potential contractual implications arising therefrom Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits Monitoring, ensuring and motivate team to achieve productivity and stability throughout all contracts Ensuring, monitoring and checking of all project monthly report submission requirements for billing Report on operational performance and suggest improvements to executive managementRequirements: - Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role in cleaning industries Familiarity with all business functions including HR, Finance and Business Development Experience with implementing IT systems Good with Contract and SOP Knowledge of data analytics and reporting Well verse in cleaning works methodology Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and leadership ability Analytical mind Problem-solving aptitude Degree or diploma in relevant fieldSalary will be remunerated based on experience.Company OverviewAbsolute Maintenance Services Pte Ltd is BCA registered under category MW-02 L6 Housekeeping, Cleaning, destillity and conservancy.AMS was incorporated in May 2003.
