As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for Wine.Delivery Singapore including local customer success, local merchant relationship, and warehouse management and fulfilment. Local Customer Success To deal promptly and professionally with customer email and telephone enquiries Guide and advise potential customers with the aim of converting to purchase Ensure a satisfactory outcome for the customer and resolve issues fairly To monitor the Wine.Delivery platforms (website, mobile apps) for issues and feedback to the Platform Management team To liaise with Finance to sort out any issues relating to refunds or returned items Produce Customer Success email templates that streamline processes and keep these updated Local Merchant Relationship Identify and acquire new merchants Provide training to merchants about new features on the platform Ensure that merchants update their shop regularly with accurate information (stock left, price, product description, product category, etc.) Liaise directly with merchants to resolve any customer complaints Feedback any platform related issues to the Platform Management team Warehouse Management and Fulfilment Responsible for basic operations, such as stock receiving, warehousing, maintenance of stock accuracy, and distribution Manage company fleet and drive asset protection Drive HR initiative and forecast labour needs based upon forecasted volume Manage logistics team and assign duties Ensure that all orders are accurate before sending them out for delivery Liaise with merchants to resolve stock or delivery issues Others Create and update website content, products, images, blog post to ensure the website is kept up to date. What we're looking for in you: 3 years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse Management Prior experience in the wine industry is preferred Customer service experience is essential Knowledge of e-commerce is highly advantageous Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English Strong attention to detail, analytical and love solving problems Ability to build external and internal relationships and partnerships Able to work independently and effectively in a team
