Role: Head of Operations The Head of Operations will report to the General Manager. The Head of Operations is to lead the Group's portfolio in Singapore. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Drive business through strategic decision-making Achieve operational excellence across all functions in operations Build an all-rounded team to deliver the best guest experience Provide strong leadership and direction in establishing a culture that is customer-focused and operationally excellent Identify opportunities for growth or viable revenue models for the business Lead and handle ad-hoc projects and events Manage VVIPs as and when required Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability ROLE REQUIREMENTS Possess at least 10-15 years of relevant working experience in the F&B, hospitality or lifestyle industries Proven track record in operational and leadership capability Strong team player and people leader Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and is a driver of change Have an energetic personality, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills to work well with all levels of staff Have a strong awareness of the Club, F&B, hospitality, and lifestyle industries Self-motivated, hands-on' and possess a strong desire to grow Prior experience in P&L management would be highly advantageous Attention to: Jolene Ng By submitting any application or r sum to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.
