Reporting to the Managing Director, and working proactively with the Management Team, you will lead a team of skilled Managers and work teams to drive and deliver the Group\'s strategic and operational plans. We are incredibly driven and passionate about what we do in our business, and we will enable you with resources and tools to continually build our strong team that achieves the set deliverables and consistently strives for continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• You will lead our operations (Customer Service, Shipping, Planning- Supply Chain teams) and play a pivotal and strategic role in delivering successful fulfilment of all jobs to achieve optimal efficacy in our Group\'s operations. You will collaborate with other departments to drive strategic plans for business growth and manage the budgeting, cost controls and keeping the business on track financially through management of the supply chain, freight optimization and other resources for value optimization. It is advantageous to have worked for third party logistics with strong experience in warehouse and distribution management. Hands on experience with ERP, CRM and data analytics software, experience with Business Central/ Navision and Salesforce will be added advantage.
• Working with local and regional teams and other department heads, you will also review operational processes, purchasing and inventory efficacy and relevant frameworks to maintain operational excellence towards internal stakeholders and external customers\' satisfaction as well as to proactively improve our existing operational capabilities.
• You will be responsible for and reporting to senior management on departmental budgets. You are to create and manage departmental budgets, forecasting and reporting to ensure cost-effective operations and achieve financial targets by optimizing efficiency.
• We seek a good leader in you who will provide leadership, inspiration, coaching and development to your team members to achieve engagement and drive desired business results. Keeping the employees motivated and organizing appropriate training and development for them is important to align to the company\'s succession plan and training initiatives.

Requirements:

We look for the right individual who is driven by self-motivation and can take on very high level of responsibility and accountability.

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance or equivalent field
• Knowledge of Inventory and Procurement management
• Hands on experience with ERP software
• Experience with Business Central/Navision will be an added advantage
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company\'s success
• Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI (V-Lookup, Pivot Table)
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills
