Job Purpose

The Head of Operations at Strides Mobility provides leadership to an operations team responsible for supporting a few business lines. This is a full-time on-site role with responsibility to lead cross-functional teams to operationalise innovative urban mobility solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of operations, including day-to-day operations, and envisioning and implementing strategic initiatives to modernize operations and improve safety and efficiency.
• Organise and manage the operations team, comprising more than 100 staff, to support the business unit\'s growth objectives.
• Lead and provide guidance to a team of Operations Managers and Supervisors in operational matters that include fleet management, driver management, customer satisfaction and staff training and development.
• Plan and manage operations budget.
• Provide update to Senior Management on operational, safety and service performance.
• Ensure service quality, productivity and compliance.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Lead cross functional teams in planning and execution of large-scale contracts and events.
• Analyze data and trends for operations efficiency and safety.
• Introduce technology solutions to enhance efficiency of operations team.
• Establish, network, and promote good relations with internal and external stakeholders including clients, vendors, government agencies, and authorities.
• Identify and tie up with strategic business partners for future business opportunities.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• A Degree holder
• Min 15 years of operations experience with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Preferably from Transport, Logistics or Supply Chain industry.
• Experience in healthcare and eldercare industry will be advantageous.
