- Support management to oversee and direct day to day site operations.
- Understand all site contractual requirements and give advice to fulfil all operational demands accordingly.
- Develop deep expertise in Bus scheduling and rostering.
- Drive all sites to meet required KPIs including all operational and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular checks across all site operations.
- Coaching, mentoring and performance managing the team.
- Support the section hd in decision-making for all matters pertaining to the section.
- Identify areas of improvement and work with ops development to ensure all processes are documented.
- Constantly enhance the efficiency of site ops.
- Min Diploma / Degree in Business / Management / industry related
- Familiar with Singapore transportation regulations
