Job Description

• Position: Senior Finance Executive/Manager
• Location: Macpherson (2 Bus Stops from Macpherson Mrt)
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $10,000 + Medical & Dental Claims + Work from Home Opportunities + Flexible working hours (Due to different Time Zones) + CAREER ADVANCEMENT
• Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all Financial Statements and Compliances
• Reading of Legal documents on investments and arrange signatures (Loan Agreements/SAFE/Shareholders\' Agreements/Term Sheets)
• Family Real Estate Projects (Funding/Loan Repayment/Cash Flows/Rents Agreements/Compliances etc.)
• Tracking of all investments, including liaising with companies/auditors
• Passive Investment Tracking
• Quarterly Audit compliance (All family investments + SMFL Cyprus)
• Global Real Estate funding, Loan agreements, repayments
• Due Diligence Compliance - for banks and investees
• Annual KYC
• Other Ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• All Welcome
• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• MUST HAVE high degree of Integrity and trustworthiness as this position demands full confidentiality
• Ability to multi-task with a wide spectrum of knowledge
• MUST HAVE self-discipline with the ability to work with minimum supervision as flexible working hours are embraced by the organisation
