We are on the lookout for someone to generate new opportunities from both existing and new clients (creative agencies and brands) and lead multi-channel new business and marketing initiatives.You will research the market and develop new business strategies, working in
collaboration with the global marketing and sales department, and ensure all materials are up-to-date and tailored to the Asian and Singapore market. You will plan sales trips and meetings within Singapore and/or within South East Asia, and find unique and fun ways to reach new clients and stay at the front of their mind.Highly organised and methodical, you will help our team make the most of their own networks and coordinate efforts across the business. You will own our CRM system and manage the pipeline of opportunities, managing workflows and reporting progress to local and global teams.Socialising and attending events is a key part of the role and you will be as natural in a one-to-one coffee as a party with 2,000 people. Always eager and enthusiastic, you are not a pushy sales person but get your points across in a clear and empathetic way. People are drawn to you because you are interesting and engaging.The role is based in Singapore splitting time between our recording studio, office, working from home and attending meetings at client offices. Striking the right balance will be up to you!Finally, we work with music and are all massive fans. Whatever your musical taste, music makes you tick and you are at your happiest when listening to your favourite artist. You are knowledgeable and can talk about it well into the early hours!Skills and Requirements

• You have proven ability to initiate, develop and maintain relationships
• You have experience working in or with creative agencies and/or brand marketing teams - a strong personal network is a bonus
• You understand how brands use music including licencing and publishing
• You have experience managing a pipeline, including the upkeep of CRM (Hubspot) and reporting numbers and progress back to the business.
• You have managed marketing and social media for a team or small business
• You are able to balance a busy workload and enjoy a variety of working environments
• You get on well with team members and are comfortable managing up and down
• You're outgoing with good personal communication skills
• You're meticulous and can convey your (and our) personality in writing
• Naturally, you have music in your veins
