️‍ ️ Your Main Quest We're looking for a teammate passionate about creating great people experiences, from the first interaction through to onboarding new staff.

• Develop exceptional talent processes to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent
• Drive content and engagement to build an excellent employer brand
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to anticipate hiring needs of the business • Lead end-to-end recruitment
• Work in collaboration with leaders across the business
• Understand and communicate current talent market trends to inform business decisions
• You don’t miss a beat learning on the go and picking up new skills as needed to deliver the outcomes you’re after to help get things off the ground

Requirements

• 7-15 years experience in managing end-to-end recruitment
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes to design, implement, and iterate on processes
• Proficient in at least one leading ATS to evaluate options and make an informed recommendation to help power the future talent system choices for the business
• Enthusiastic problem-solver ready and willing to take on challenges as needed to help the business scale sustainably
• Agile, adaptable, and able set course independently and in collaboration with leaders
• Passionate learner; driven and resourceful
• Technical background familiar with basic coding as needed to help implement and maintain systems such as ATS and candidate engagement emails
• Strong communicator
• Location: Singapore or Remote
