Very exciting real estate leadership role for an established real estate developer with real estate portfolio of premium commercial/mixed-use properties, our client is recruiting for Head of Real Estate based in Singapore.

Leading and growing the Real Estate business to the next level, the Head of Real Estate will undertake and fulfil fiduciary duties in the capacity of being a Director for the company, having direct responsibility of the business strategy and manage the business performance including delivering top level asset strategies for the current portfolio of assets. This is a driver seat leadership role to drive organic growth for the Real Estate business, supported by a team of high calibre and competent real estate professionals who are highly capable of delivering both investment and asset plans to drive optimal results of the portfolio. Perfect opportunity for an experienced real estate leader with strong track-record in full cycle of investments and asset acquisitions, seeking a fresh set of challenges in their career.

We are looking for a Real Estate Leader with more than 15 years experience, proven track-record in leading a real estate team and managing the full spectrum of real estate activities inclusive of deal sourcing, real estate acquisition and asset management. As this role has regional Asia remit, you will have thorough experience of real estate markets and cycles, cross jurisdicational tax and legal framework, with deal track-record in Singapore and China focusing in commercial office, retail and mixed use properties.
Strong ability to be able to read and write business Mandarin to understand the documents involved in the course of work will be required.
