Amazing opportunity to join Naumi Hotels growing group as our Head of Revenue, based at our Corporate Head Office (Sunshine Tower) Singapore.

As an experienced Director of Revenue or equivalent, you will manage our portfolio of hotels across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, with anticipated growth of additional properties coming online over the next 12 months.

Reporting to the Group Director Sales & Revenue, our ideal candidate will have demonstrated capability in a similar role and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced growth environment, with proven skills in Yield Management and experience in strategic planning supported by a great team, then this is for you.

What you will be doing ...

• Drive the commercial strategy across all revenue channels.
• Understand all revenue-related statistics at your properties, inclusive but not limited to the following; competitor trends, length of stay, reservation and cancellation lead time, and other market trends including the seasonal impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and General Managers to drive short, mid and long term pricing strategies.
• Ensure revenue strategies support the required outcomes for each business in line with budgets.
• Analyse and forecast demand.
• Establish effective selling strategies and optimal market mix.
• Leverage business intelligence tools and analytics to best efficiency.

The ideal candidate ...

• Extensive Yield Management experience overseeing multiple properties with international locations.
• Highly developed analytical and conceptual ability.
• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Business or a related discipline in Revenue Management.
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships - your support team for revenue are currently based in New Zealand and Manila.
