Our client is a large global professional services firm with multiple business offerings. • Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of global credit control and billing processes and teams.
• Serve as the primary contact within the Finance team for executive-level assessments of WIP and debt balances.
• Lead a large global team of Billing and Revenue specialists.
• Take ownership of billing and collections procedures.
• Create and uphold the relevant KPI metrics.
• Address any ad-hoc issues raised by the Financial Director or CFO.

• Degree in Finance / Accounting coupled with the relevant qualification (HKICPA, CPA Australia, ACCA, etc.)
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, Revenue and Pipeline management for an established Professional Services business
• Understanding of the professional services fee-based revenue model and the accounting principles
• Strong people management experience having led sizeable diverse teams
• Ability to communicate with Senior stakeholders on a Global level
• Excellent communication skills
