As Head of Sales, you'll lead the solutioning and business development for facilities management (FM) projects, focusing on tenders and partnership opportunities.
You'll oversee a small team, manage bids, and ensure operational delivery aligns with project and client expectations.
This is a full-time, permanent role.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Lead FM solutioning: respond to tenders, provide cost analysis, and design project solutions with operational and statutory compliance.
Manage team & project delivery: brief teams, oversee partner handovers, and ensure project KPIs and contingencies are managed.
Business development: identify market opportunities, establish partnerships with FM service providers, and develop strategies for new services.
Tender & stakeholder engagement: coordinate with internal teams for submission, presentation, and clarification of tenders.
Ad-hoc strategic initiatives: support corporate projects, new solutions, and continuous improvement efforts.
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
8+ years in facilities management sales or tender management, preferably with government/FM projects.
Managing 70% hunter / 30% farmer sales activities.
Proven experience leading teams (4+ direct reports)
Strong knowledge of FM operations, contracts, and cost structures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience handling multi-sector IFM tenders and partner collaborations.
Strong analytical and solutioning capabilities in bid preparation and project planning.
