With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, they offer a wide range of ergonomic and stylish furniture designed to enhance workplace productivity and comfort.We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead the sales team and drive growth in the competitive office furniture market.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the office furniture sector.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Must have:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, office furniture or officice solutions. Candidates with less relevant experience could be considered for junior roles.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proven track record of achieving sales targets; ability to analyze data and market trends.
