Head of SalesJoin our rocketship!Who are we looking for: We are looking for a dynamic and tech savvy Head of Sales to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for APAC. You think digital first and have deep experiences in software products. You are positive and possess exceptional relationship building skills. You are both a strategic thinker and a hands on executor who leads by example. Most importantly, you have a proven track record in achieving individual revenue targets and growing a regional sales team to achieve the team revenue targets.What you will be doing: To succeed in this role you will need to be an independent self-starter who wants to build up a sales team and establish sales processes in a high growth start up. You are responsible for the company's revenue target and growing, mentoring, and empowering the sales team to achieve their targets. You will lead by example, acquiring and managing key accounts, while developing, managing and supporting a team of passionate sales professionals. You will be in charge of all commercial and contract negotiations as well as establishing and managing channel partners in the region. You must be comfortable in doing product demonstrations and presenting to large audiences. You must be an expert in preparing written proposals and doing up presentations to win the deals.Responsibilities: Overall responsibility of the company's revenue target. Develop and implement go to market strategies for ASEAN and Hong Kong. Develop annual budget and forecasts based on accurate market projections to achieve company objectives. Achieve quarterly sales objectives and forecast sales activity accurately. Direct and coordinate company sales functions. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure overall company success. Managing and growing the regional sales pipeline. Develop and establish key channel partners in target areas. Managing and growing key customer accounts, and coordinating the management of all other accounts. Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate sales team members. Performing all duties with integrity and in compliance with all company policies. Any other duties as assigned.What we need from you: Eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship Bachelor's degree with excellent academic results. Minimum 10 years experience in enterprise B2B sales, with at least 4 years in building and managing a team. Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization. Ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth. Ability to develop business cases that articulate strategy, value propositions, required investments and financial returns. Highly organized, strong attention to detail, forward-thinking and the ability to work autonomously with a 'can do' attitude. Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations. Exceptional reporting skills & the ability to present to the board, key stakeholders and trade events. Expertise in CRM such as Hubspot Expert in the sales process and strategy of enterprise B2B SaaS companies with deep knowledge of CAC/CLV/MRR/ARR and love diving deep into cohort analysis. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Existing relationships with channel partners in ASEAN and can quickly scale up our channel distribution networks will be a bonus.
