Our client is a leading organisation in the real estate industry, providing professional real estate services to organisations and owners across APAC. Aurex Group is helping this firm identify and attract a business development leader to lead their Singapore division.
We are looking for a energetic, proactive candidate with a hunter style selling approach. This person will be involved in full end to end sales processes including, pitching and presenting, bidding and closing. You will be expected to develop their own pipeline of clients and have the ability to forge those relationships in a commercial return. Not only is the sales skills important but one of the most important aspects they\'re looking for is a team player who is accountable for outcomes, positive or negative. Someone who can work within the team but internally build relationships through the whole organization, not just the team.
