Job Description


Our client is a leading organisation in the real estate industry, providing professional real estate services to organisations and owners across APAC. Aurex Group is helping this firm identify and attract a business development leader to lead their Singapore division.

We are looking for a energetic, proactive candidate with a hunter style selling approach. This person will be involved in full end to end sales processes including, pitching and presenting, bidding and closing. You will be expected to develop their own pipeline of clients and have the ability to forge those relationships in a commercial return. Not only is the sales skills important but one of the most important aspects they\'re looking for is a team player who is accountable for outcomes, positive or negative. Someone who can work within the team but internally build relationships through the whole organization, not just the team.

What we would like to see?

  • Education: A bachelor\'s degree in a related field is preferred, such as marketing, business administration, etc.
  • Sales Expertise: Previous experience in sales management or a similar leadership role is required. Strong knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, consumer behavior, and sales performance to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills to inspire and motivate the sales team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate sales strategies and objectives.
  • Results-Oriented: A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Commercial Acumen: A deep understanding of the consumer base, competitive market, and industry trends.
  • Thai language skills are mandatory.
