Position Purpose:
  • 2S IT is the IT team supporting Security Services business within BNPP CIB.
  • To oversee the overall client solutions delivery, ensuring that defined performance levels are achieved. The head of 2S IT Singapore will interface heavily with external clients, and relevant IT teams (i.e., APS, GSO, ISPL, etc.) to ensure day-to-day BAU continuity.
Responsibilities:

Business Relationship Manager and Governance
  • Act as a single trusted point of contact for BP2S SG Business such as Client Solutions, Operations, Projects Teams and External Clients for IT related topics.
Governance:
  • Formalise relevant Governance forums hosted by 2S SG IT, and attend critical forums set by business units or external clients in the capacity of an advisor or participant.
  • Immediate escalation point for Service Delivery issues for 2S SG IT
  • Initiate a forum for the review of service mandates with the 2S SG IT Team to identify improvement and streamlining opportunities
IT Projects and Cyber Risk & IT Security:
  • Participate in IT projects initiated by external clients - e.g., Network routing, open firewall (on-demand)
  • Act as the main coordination point between the business and Cyber Security Team for the submission of project requirements (e.g., submission of risk-related templates) and roll-out for new/revised policy dissemination
  • Ensure the business is informed and aligned on Cyber Risk & IT Security policies cascaded down by territory and group level
2S SG IT Application Inventory Management:
  • Inform BP2S SG Businesses on top-down identified incidents or system upgrade/maintenance/patching and coordinate interim remediation
  • Ensure all BP2S SG-owned applications and services are registered within internal BNPP CIB inventory system and reviewed on a regular basis allow identification and tracking of IT assets
Business Continuity Management:
  • Prepare meeting agenda for BP2S/BPTS Singapore Business Continuity (BC) meeting and compile and circulate meeting minutes to all meeting members for review and follow-up actions
  • Assist Clients and stakeholders in the facilitation of annual Remote Access Testing (RAT) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing
Shadow Light IT:
  • Maintain a clear inventory of 2S IT Shadow Light macro used by Business and Operations
  • Coordinate a phasing out of the Shadow Light IT to a target IT solution within APAC or Global IT Teams
Management and Oversight for 2S SG IT:
  • Accountable for Service Delivery performance for 2S SG IT
  • Coordination point between CIB and 2S SG IT for matters related to Group IT Policies, SLA, and Finance

Specific Qualifications (if required):
  • Degree or Master Degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in banking industry would be a plus.
