Quick Snapshot: As the Head of Service Delivery, you will be responsible for the overall service delivery and relationship with key named client(s) on a day-to-day basis. You will promote a culture of excellence by ensuring client expectations on key performance indicator reporting, service levels, meeting actions, and availability are met. What's the role Discuss solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners. Ensure high-quality risk management plans are established and manage the resolution and/or escalation of issues that may impact program objectives being met. Collaborate with Client and Partner Project Management Organizations (PMOs) to establish appropriate governance for all initiatives, reporting, and resource requirements. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities across the delivery triad in line with needed/agreed delivery methodologies. Who are we looking for Experience in managing SaaS implementations in global companies and cross-functional programs Experience working with/on cross-functional projects or teams. Experience managing expectations, demands, and priorities of multiple internal stakeholders based on vision and success for global team health. Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization. Understanding of the cloud marketplace and the differentiators of various cloud offerings. Accessible to ensure timely resolution of queries, quick response to requests, and escalation of priority items Leads by example and assists other staff where necessary sets clear direction, and sells benefits to gain commitment. Is vocal and opinionated with respect to decisions that impact customers within their remit.
