You will be joining a global MNC in ground transportation and chauffeuring services with a relentless focus on delivering excellent customer service combined with cutting edge technology. They deliver their services across large corporate accounts, roadshows, and high-profile events. Due to expansion into SEA market, they are actively looking for dynamic talents to be part of the team.
Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Service Delivery, you will be working closely with the regional GM to ensure operations and service excellence. You will work with the vendors to ensure drivers are assigned to jobs efficiently and customer satisfactions are achieved. You will also develop an operational plan including monitoring performance goals that meet quality assurance and efficiency level.
This role will eventually evolve into a leadership position, with frequent stakeholder management within the global leadership team.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will come with 5 - 10 years of relevant Service Delivery, Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Vendor Management experiences. Ideally, you will need come from Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Airline, or Ground Transportation sector. The candidate will also need to have strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.
Base salary from $7k - $8k/month.
