:This job is based in Satair, if you want to know more about our business, please click to find out more. \xe2\x80\x8bJob ObjectivesLead the team to meet performance targets for all inbound and outbound orders within Warehouse Operation to meet internal and external customer expectations.Job ResponsibilitiesTo plan and delegate team priorities on a daily basis to ensure a smooth operation in a 24/7 set upResponsible for the local management, performance reporting and resolution of issues relating to inbound, outbound and stock replenishment material flows.Initiates root cause analysis and other problem solving techniques to resolve performance issues.Establish interface with relevant internal stakeholders to support customer program orders e.g. CSL, AMI, IMS, CRS etcEnsures necessary organisational understanding and operational tools are in place to achieve export/import compliance in all Satair operationsTo maintain an overview of weekly and monthly work activities for resource planningTo ensure the personal and professional development of team members through relevant training in cooperation with HREnsure team members are aware and perform in accordance to procedures in Company Management SystemParticipate in all internal and external auditsHold regular safety training meetings to ensure safety measures are met and team members have a safe work environmentEnsure compliances with all Health and Safety rules and regulationsConduct regular team meetings to keep team members up to date on company information and operational updates.Secondary ResponsibilitiesLead and/or support on operational issue with appointed forwarders or domestic transportation service providersLead and/or support custom related topics pertaining to inbound/outbound shipments * Be the focal point for all authorities\xe2\x80\x99 license and permit required for handling, storing and transporting controlled/strategic productsProvide Monthly KPI reporting and statistics to line manager with appropriate commentarySupport all improvement initiatives within global logistics organisationTo work in backup capacity mode with other team leads within warehouse functionsEnsure coordination of tasks between other functions within Warehouse in cooperation with other team leadsTo maintain and develop the quality level in all aspect of WarehouseTo ensure Warehouse facility are kept safe and clean at all timeSuggest any form of improvement within own function and implement where agreed with line managerOutputsOperational stability and scalabilityCost and efficiencyDelivery performanceAdherence to headcount and cost budgetLevel of employee satisfaction & absenteeism rateQuality adherenceJob RequirementsStrong knowledge in supply chain management and warehouse operationsStrong knowledge about the aerospace aftermarket, customer services and after sales operations in the aviation industryGood knowledge of SAP R/3Good knowledge about IT systems, process governance and quality management, ideally in the aviation contextCertified in Dangerous Goods ManagementMinimum 5-10 years working experienceWorking knowledge of English, both orally and in writingStrong business acumenPersonal & Interpersonal SkillsTeam playerThorough and tidyAbility to multi-tasks across different warehouse scopePatient and cooperativeFlexible and proactiveService mindedCommunication skillsGood sense of urgency to meet KPIInter-cultural understandingAttitude supportive of Satair valuesThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Satair Pte LtdContract Type: PermanentExperience Level: ProfessionalJob Family: Leadership
