Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities

• Develop and drive logistic and warehouse strategy for the APAC region. Implement financial metrics and associated KPIs for the performance of the supply chain network and vendors.
• Develop and enhance data visibility to report the defined supply chain metrics
• Works closely with merchandising, marketing, and other relevant departments to define project requirements and execute new product launches.
• Communicate and present the supply chain metrics to internal & external stakeholders
• Demonstrates vested ownership of new product launch project progress and works to improve product time to market in a fast-paced work environment.
• Identifies and accounts for organizational risks/delays throughout project execution management and identifies opportunities to mitigate and manage risks effectively.
• Works with keen attention to detail to effectively update and communicate project plans and critical project tasks with appropriate internal and external stakeholders, up to and including the executive level.
• Builds strong working relationships with coworkers to build trust and credibility within the organization. Build and develop the team.
• The role takes the lead in analyzing inventory trends on a monthly basis to drive overall inventory efficiency.

• Master's degree in a related discipline,
• Over 15 years of experience working in SCM, inventory management, retail merchandising, and the e-commerce industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• Experienced in managing global teams and have lived abroad
• Strong experience with manufacturing operations
• Strong leadership skills with a bias for actions
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Results-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and deal with ambiguity
• Strong influence skills to work in a matrixed organization
• Ability to think strategically execute tactically, and be detailed oriented
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering results and building organizational capability
• Flexibility to travel 50% of the month
