YOUR ROLE

• Develop sustainability strategy for Electronic Adhesives and develop growth agenda in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation team; defines and steers sustainability targets for SBU
  
• Represent Henkel Electronics SBU in external sustainability forums; communicates with external stakeholders and shapes external sustainability agenda
  
• Initiate top to top discussions with key customers/partners
  
• Analyses BU portfolio of formulas, raws and packages to trickle down sustainability targets to respective functions
  
• Translate sustainability opportunities into sustainable product portfolio and innovation strategy
  
• Develops communication materials on sustainability for sales folders, marketing materials, lighthouse presentations and media
  
• Initiates and steers external project work of packages and raws
  
• Collaborate with experts in Henkel and beyond to ensure sustainability leadership

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree or above in a technical or business field; experience in consumer electronic industry a plus
  
• Passion for sustainability
  
• High degree of personal responsibility, independent working style, confident appearance and change management skills of influencing network of stakeholder
  
• Ability to work across different cultures
  
• Fluent English language skills
