Our client is a highly successful established major financial institution with ambitious growth plans. There is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic and progressive talent acquisition leader to be part of this exciting journey to build and lead a high performing talent acquisition function to enable the firm to be talent magnet.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CHRO, this is a high impact role where you will build and manage a best-in-class talent acquisition function and strong employer branding to ensure successful attraction of top talent across locations. You will be responsible for establishing the firm\'s talent acquisition & attraction strategy, roadmap and target operating model; and business/location talent acquisition strategies, frameworks, policies, processes and systems that effectively supports volume hiring to strategic senior appointments. Your role will involve driving significant transformation and managing change to drive adoption of new ways of working across the firm. You will provide effective leadership to your team to drive high performance as well as their development. You may be directly involved in critical strategic senior hires and will be a key partner to the business leaders in providing current insights to the talent market and best practices in talent attraction.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in building and leading successful talent acquisition functions in large, complex organisations covering multi-cultural, multi-location large employee populations across senior executive hiring, experienced hires and graduates. You have experience in developing and implementing TA strategy, target operating model and managing significant transformation and change management. You have a data-driven approach to talent acquisition strategy formulation and decision-making; and are resilient, innovative with an entrepreneurial spirit. You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong presentation and communication skills.
