Description

Our client is a leading insurer and committed to its people\'s strategy of attracting and developing strong talent to support its sustainable growth. It is now recruiting Head of Talent Acquisition (\xe2\x80\x9cTA\xe2\x80\x9d).

Responsibilities

Reporting to Group Head of Talent, you will understand the current state of TA, define its future state, build a plan and drive the TA transformation. You will build a TA function that is holistic and seamless by aligning it to broader corporate HR and individual HR unit\'s strategies and business needs. You will partner with HR peers in identifying how TA function has an impact throughout the employee life cycle and define how TA should operate from policies, process, capability, branding and governance perspective. You will keep abreast with TA development and continue to make appropriate recommendations to maintain the effectiveness and progressiveness of the function.

Requirements

Degree qualified, you will possess significant years of TA experience ideally gained in a major corporate which operates in a highly complex, progressive and dynamic environment. Financial services sector experience is preferred but not a must. With strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, you are strategic, commercial in your approach, highly credible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
