Job Description

The role requires the incumbent to lead the creation and management of software services in battery analysis technology, facilitating collaboration with international technical teams, and overseeing the development of strategic business partnerships and comprehensive business and project management initiatives.Responsibilities

• Developing and managing software services for battery analysis technology, including collaboration with international technical teams for data analysis and service delivery.
• Identifying and establishing strategic business partnerships to support the expansion and implementation of business plans and projects.
• Managing budget, resources, and expenses to ensure the effectiveness and success of projects.
• Conducting research on global trends within the mobility and electric vehicle (EV) markets to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
• Liaising with external stakeholders, including government bodies and major industry players, to secure project support and collaboration.
• Leading efforts to secure government subsidies and manage demonstration projects that highlight technology capabilities.
• Enhancing core technology, creating product requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software services to meet client needs.
• Directing local human resource activities, including recruitment, training, and team management, to build a strong, effective workforce.

• A minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree, with an MBA highly preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in business development, with a significant focus on technology-driven projects, preferably in the sustainable energy or environmental sectors.
• Proven expertise in business planning, project management for teams of 10 or more, and management accounting.
• Strong language skills for effective international collaboration, including the translation of technical documents.
• An ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A robust corporate network and strong relationship-building capabilities.
• A team-oriented approach, with a proven record of collaborative project management.
• Knowledge of multinational corporation operations and the ability to navigate complex business environments.
• Experience in managing projects and client relations on an international scale.
