Job ResponsibilitiesTraining Unit Management Manage the functions of training unit to support business goals Provide oversight and direction to staff to support the operation of the training unit Lead, coach and develop staff to perform well Foster a spirit of teamwork, ownership and sense of responsibility through regular feedback Provide performance review and career development opportunities Oversee courseware and continuous improvement reviewsCurriculum Development & Instructional Design Design, develop and review course proposals, curriculum and course materials Research and development into curriculum development, instructional design and adult teaching methodology Contextualization of programmes to meet sector and/or clients requirementsProject management of outsourced courseware development and contextualization projects Management of outsourced development projects Management of outsourced developers Ensure timeliness and quality of deliveryQuality Assurance of Curriculum & Training Delivery Audit curriculum / course materials to ensure compliance to either WSQ/Skills Framework Management of outsourced audit workCorporate Support Support Sales and Tender Proposals Provide content expertise support Product Division/SalesTraining Delivery Pilot new training programmes Pilot new training methodologyRequirements Degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experiences in a supervisory position and with a minimum 2 years of adult teaching and curriculum development experience Full ACTA/ACLP Qualification/ DACE preferred Must obtained UAPL Class A Rotorcraft with no limitation At least 1 year of assessment experience in an Authorised Flight Examiner position Proficiency in digital technology Courseware development and instructional design skills, and able to facilitate & deliver adult training Work experience in the service sector will be an added advantage Good team leader who is able to motivate team members Able to work independently and under pressure Good knowledge and understanding of WSQ/Skills Framework requirements Courseware development and instructional design skills Able to facilitate and deliver adult training Team leader with effective coaching skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Problem solving and decision making skills Report writing skills Time management skills Good organizational skills Digital skills Customer focused and possess strong communication and interpersonal communication skills.
