You will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation to completion within the Wealth Owner workstream. This role requires interactions with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
Programme Development, Management, and
Execution
• Planning and execution of recruiting processes including tracking leads in the CRM, coordinating marketing materials, and communicating with program
candidates.
- Coordinating curriculum planning and learning materials with internal and external stakeholders, which includes curating content already developed by CSP Zurich and adapting it to the local context.
- Communicating with program participants before, during, and after programs.
- Lead training sessions as and when required.
- Form, expand, and develop partnerships with relevant external stakeholders and partners for the workstream.
- Ensure that all trainings are delivered on-time, with the highest quality, within scope and within budget.
Management and Operations
• Manage the budget for the Wealth Owner workstream, in close collaboration with the Managing Director and/or Head of Operations.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of training activities and report to the Managing Director, as well as to the Advisory
- Financial administration and contract management as required.
