DESIGNATION : Head, Operational Excellence (FCF)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Head, Transformation, the Head, Operational Excellence will work closely with other functional leads to define and operationalize the Target Operating Model. He/she will be responsible for the development of systems, processes and standards, seeing to their implementation. The candidate will lead a team of specialists to coach Outlet Managers and Executives in the practice of operational excellence, training them and working with them to improve performance to meet strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Define and document operating systems and procedures for the different formats in FCF in consultation with relevant stakeholders
• Develop operational capabilities across the FCF network through appropriate design, training, audit and corrective follow-up
• Systematize training and development for each role in FCF
• Develop and implement plans to enhance operational excellence
• Instill operational excellence, data culture and FPG ways of working
• Enforce audits to ensure compliance to systems and standards
• Reporting key performance metrics and development status

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• At least 7 to 10 year(s) of working experience in F&B or service-related industries
• Basic familiarity with facilities management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to create systems and structure
• Proficiency in GSuite or Microsoft Office, and management systems (e.g. ERP, POS, Labour Management System, etc.)
• Data literate and highly numerate
