Head Operations/laundry Plant Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an strategic individual who has experience in manufacturing/production and the drive to help implement further structure and scalability for growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- Management of day to day operations
- Support and maintain overarching production efficiencies and productivity
- Overarching budget, forecasting and financial responsibility
- Train and motivate other team members and insure best practices are implemented
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide excellent level of service at all times
- Have experience in dealing with day to day HR responsibilities
- Implement and develop innovative process within the organisation
- Ensure Operations run smoothly in a cost-effective manner
- Confident and self-motivated
- Eager to learn and personally develop
- Microsoft office proficient
- IT Proficient
- Ability to prioritise workload, work to deadlines and work independently as well as a part of a team
- Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of business financial management
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Experience in a strategic production/manufacturing environment (laundry experience will be preferred)
