Job Description


What the role is:The Organisational Performance & Transformation (OPT) Directorate's purpose is to conceptualise, develop, and implement plans to position MOF for the future by driving organisational changes in MOF's structures, culture, and processes to deliver its strategic objectives more effectively and efficiently.What you will be working on:As Head (OPT), you will have the opportunity lead a team of officers to: Drive organisational performance improvements that are aligned with MOF's strategic objectives; Improve MOF's use of systems and data to make decisions more effectively; and Design and implement organisational interventions that are feasible, effective, and sustainable.What we are looking for:

  • Experience in organisation development or transformation work Good interpersonal skills Effective communicator Responsible and self-driven Comfortable with uncertainty/ fluidity in work assignments
