Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients.We are looking for a Head of Property Management to join us!The Head of Property Management will provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to oversee property management operations, ensuring the portfolio under management meets its financial goals, maintaining property standards, and satisfying tenant expectations. The role is responsible to ensure regulatory compliance and that the Company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, people and systems in place to achieve operational excellence and optimal asset performance.The Head of Property Management\xe2\x80\x99s key responsibilities include strategic planning, operational oversight, and financial management for the operations and maintenance of all buildings and develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance property value, including tenant satisfaction initiatives, cost-effective maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects. The role is responsible for driving a people focused and performance culture throughout the portfolio of assets (currently 7 assets) across business park, hi-tech and industrial to deliver out-performance across financial, sustainability and customer measures.Essential requirements for this role :Minimum of 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Property Management or Asset Management is essential for this role, emphasizing a track record of successful property portfolio management.Degree in Property Economics, Business or Real Estate.
