The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our Regional KA & Partnership team. Together, we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
Responsibilities:1. Business Growth and Strategic Planning:

  • Unlocking partnerships across various vertical and categories
  • Strategizing and building Global E-com
  • Developing growth roadmap for Key Accounts and Strategic Partners across SEA region
  • Framing the strategy for business in the region, developing R&R with XFN and structuring GTM to inspire various stakeholders internally and externally
  • Running Projects across the region to pilot new ideas as well as achieve strategic objectives
2. Multicategory Management:
  • Driving category operations regionally in partnerships with country teams and cross-business teams to achieve combined OKR
  • Structure and plan regional campaigns and XFN collaboration to execute successfully
  • Enabling brand onboarding and increasing overall experience for Key accounts partners in the regions
  • Use data and qualitative insights to provide impactful business recommendations
3. Team Development and XFN synergies
  • Building and developing multi- category teams across SEA markets
  • Increasing impact and efficiencies on XFN collaborations across various businesses internally and externally
  • Developing future leaders while enabling inclusive and aiming for the highest mentality
1. Senior stakeholder management: Ability to work, communicate and connect with leaders in the industry to grow strategic accounts
2. Cross-functional collaborations: Work with both external and internal cross departments like category account managers, campaign, creator and enabler teams to achieve mutual business objectives
3. Project planning and Management: Ability to lead, support and run project across the region - piloting new ideas, crafting roadmap and collaboratively deliver collaboration methods and executing them to achieve short and long term objectives
4. Strategic and Analytic mindset: Ability to digest large and varied types of data, to provide strategic insights and implementable initiatives.
5. Leadership: Ability to see overall strategic picture, breaking into actionable activation and inspiring team to collaborative achieve mutual goals
6. Bachelor degree or above, master preferred
7. More than 10 years experience in management with big plus for management consulting background
8. 3 years or above experience in Internet e-commerce, self-employment/marketing/industry
operation/ Key Account operation experience is preferred
9. Have a certain understanding of social e-commerce, content marketing, and celebrity
e-commerce; clear logic, methodology, and independent output of quality solutions and implementation
10. Local knowledge with international mindset, willing to have some business travel; English as working language
11. Growth mindset, always day 1 mentality and resilience to collaboratively achieve breakthrough
