1. Business Development:- Develop new business opportunities, including new markets and new products.- Lead efforts to identify and explore new sectors both in Singapore and internationally.- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets.2. Sales & Marketing Management:- Oversee the Sales & Marketing functions and manage the order book.- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services.- Lead the marketing team in various marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.3. Tender Management:- Lead and manage the tender process from initiation to completion.- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
