JOB DESCRIPTION

\xe2\x96\xaa Reporting to the Head of Department, Economic Promotion (International), this leadership
role based in Singapore will promote the China Singapore Tianjin Eco- City into a leading low
carbon, smart and vibrant economic hub through the following:

\xe2\x96\xaa Develop strategic work plans and programmes to contribute towards investment promotion
outcomes in low carbon, smart technology, biomedical, education, health, and tourism sectors
\xe2\x96\xaa Engage Singapore and international enterprises to attract international
investments and projects into the Eco-City
\xe2\x96\xaa Engage with industry partners and government agencies to foster joint collaborations and
enhance the Eco-City\xe2\x80\x99s pro-business environment, government policies, and investment promotion
initiatives
\xe2\x96\xaa Promote Eco-City\xe2\x80\x99s value propositions and international branding internationally
through industry outreach and media
\xe2\x96\xaa Support the Eco-City government\xe2\x80\x99s investment promotion objectives, work plans and business
events in Singapore
\xe2\x96\xaa Research and report on international industry trends and developments
that can be developed in the Eco-City
\xe2\x96\xaa Lead the Singapore Office day-to-day operations, including management
reporting, financial planning, staff management and other administrative duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

\xe2\x9c\x93 Minimum of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, International Policy
and any other relevant subject matter
\xe2\x9c\x93 At least 10 years of experience in international business development, project/programme
management and/or investment promotion work
\xe2\x9c\x93 Strong leadership, strategic thinker, project execution, problem-solver and global team
management experience
\xe2\x9c\x93 Familiar with Singapore industries, enterprises, business chambers, industry associations
and the Singapore business eco-system

\xe2\x9c\x93 Prior work experience in the Singapore Government economic, national development and related
organizations will be an advantage
\xe2\x9c\x93 Overseas work experience preferred, especially in the China market
