Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Chinese (Southern) and Fusion Cuisine establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills, excellent stock control experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Manage and motivate a diverse team of chefs, servers, and support staff. Implement and maintain stock control procedures, minimizing waste and controlling costs. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Conduct staff training and performance evaluations. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Requirements:

Proven managerial experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong stock control and inventory management skills. Knowledge of Chinese (Southern) and Fusion cuisine is preferred. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Culinary experience or background is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

* Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
