What You'll Do
Prepare and cook signature Japanese dishes with accuracy and speed
Guide, encourage, and support the kitchen crew during peak hours
Work closely with the Head Chef on quality control, menu plans, and kitchen flow
Maintain top-tier hygiene and safety practices every day
Ensure each dish is visually polished and flavour-true to our brand
Keep prep, storage, and work areas organised and ready for service

You're someone who treats the kitchen like a craft studio: disciplined, curious, and always hungry to grow.
You'll likely bring:
2+ years working in a professional kitchen (bonus if it's Japanese cuisine)
Solid understanding of prep, tools, and cooking methods
Calm, steady leadership even during intense service
A teamwork mindset with respect for everyone in the kitchen
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
A strong desire to level up your culinary skills and career
