• Responsible for actively managing the outsourced warehouses, , ensuring smooth operations, inventory data accuracy, and care of products considering the budget of the operation.
• Responsible for all aspects of the warehouse functions, routine cycle counts, annual stock takes, and leads operational improvements and drives operational outcomes.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving SOPs as business requirements evolve whileleading different types of projects to improve the operation, and reduce cost.
• To manage the level of inventory considering the shelf life of the items.
• To interact with sales and other departments and 3PL to avoid expired items.
• To support and train the 3PL on audit requirements.
• Manage the warehouse mix following our strategy.
• Manage and ensure prompt inventory Reconciliation and stock discrepancy investigation and resolutions.
• Expiring products management.
• Leads and manages cross-functional supply chain initiatives and utilizes continuous improvement methodologies with team to improve performance across safety, service, quality and cost.
• Able to manage department budgets and communicate effectively with corporate finance team as needed.
• A champion for metrics and scored cards to identify trends, indicate progress against specific initiatives and highlight areas of focus.
• Act as a functional area expert in internal transportation, third party freight services, warehouse operations, inventory management and third-party warehouse services.
• Manage the vertical supply chain form order fulfilment, shipping and warehousing to result good management of inventory control.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipment activity and maintain documentation as required at designated sites.
• Use trending analysis to improve the management of inventory considering the shelf life of the items, stock movement and demand, interfacing the different components within the supply chain.
• Coordinating with sales and 3PL about Order Fulfilment, Special Orders and /or exports monthly.
• Manage and develop process control on storage and transportation Working with 3rd party suppliers and various cross-functional teams (Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales) to fulfil all daily transaction requirements.
• Ensure 3PL achieves all KPIs stipulated in the SLA.
• Manage the warehouse and distribution of customer\xe2\x80\x99s products and their requirement at a minimum cost.

• Degree in Supply Chain with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in supply chain, distribution, logistics and warehousing functions.
• Experience from food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in managing 3PL preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrate ability to work well with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization.
• Have experience in operating ERP, WMS, TMS and ASRS.
• Possess good leadership ability, good team player and be able to train and develop young warehouse executives.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Good communication skills (Written and Oral).
