As the Head of Store Development, you will play a crucial role in shaping our real estate strategy and driving the expansion of new stores.Join our team and be part of an exciting journey to enhance our market share and customer experience.Responsibilities
1. Engagement & Pipeline Development

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with landlords, government authorities, and other stakeholders in Singapore.
  • Proactively identify potential locations by collaborating with developers and property owners.
  • Analyze customer demographics and competition to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Regularly review our store network to optimize sales-to-rental return ratios.
2. Property Acquisition and Negotiation
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of new leases and renewals.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders\' interests.
  • Secure favorable lease terms to improve occupancy cost targets.
  • Present data-driven insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
3. Facilities Management
  • Co-manage the Facilities Management team alongside the Director and Head of Real Estate.
  • Oversee facilities in stores/outlets and centralized locations.
  • Monitor CAPEX & OPEX budgets, KPIs, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate building A&A works, warehouse setup, space relocation, and office renovations.
4. Sustainability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability initiatives aligned with our corporate goals.
5. Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing real estate team.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate leasing transactions.
  • Strong background in asset and property management within the retail and/or F&B sectors in Singapore.
  • Experience in facilities management and investments is advantageous.
  • Financial acumen to understand and manage P&L statements and budgets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Visionary thinking and creativity to translate ideas into action.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities across diverse stakeholders.
